Sally Abé is a chef at the top of her profession. Her CV includes time spent in some of the best establishments in the UK, including The Savoy, The Ledbury and The Harwood Arms – where she successfully retained their Michelin star during her tenure. Sally currently runs The Pem, a restaurant dedicated to the memory of suffragette Emily Wilding Davison and the signature restaurant at Conrad London St. James in the heart of Westminster. The Pem, which boasts a mostly female team, has become a critics favourite, cited with producing some of the finest dishes in London. Sally was named Female Chef of the Year in 2021 by Square Meal and was shortlisted for GQ's overall Chef of the Year in 2021. A regular presence on all major cookery shows, Sally is extremely vocal on creating a fair, safe and positive environment for women in kitchens throughout the UK.
