Rob is Head of Environmental Health at Shield Safety and has been supporting businesses improve their safety performance and culture for over 25 years. Having been a regulator, consultant, food business operator, risk manager and trainer in both UK and oversees, Rob is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
