Phill Mills is an independent consultant working in the UK water sector.    He is a chartered engineer with over 35 years’ experience working for a water company, a global water and energy consultant and the trade body for the water sector – Water UK.

He has been involved with the FEA and related organisations for over 10 years, raising awareness of the need to manage FOG within FSEs.    More recently he set up FOGwise, a collaborative alliance of organisations from the foodservice, catering equipment and water sectors who, together, developed the new guidance document – ‘Foodservice – Fat, Oil and Grease Management Guide’.

Phill also chairs the UK Water Retailer Council, the organisation representing retailers in the English and Welsh and Scottish non-household water retail markets.
