Paddy Gardiner is the Brand Drinks Manager at Côte Restaurants where he manages the only 100% French wine list on the high street, and develops compelling twists on classic cocktails which help tell the story of one of the UK's most beloved restaurant brands. He has worked in hospitality for nearly 10 years, and has experience in L&D and Operations, and was previously on the openings team at BrewDog, working on their iconic venues in Las Vegas, Mumbai, and Waterloo.

As a trained musician, multi-instrumentalist and ex-touring performer, Paddy brings creativity and panache to menus, and loves the theatre of bars and restaurants. He has expertise in wine and beer, holding WSET Level 3 and Advanced Cicerone® qualifications, and in 2024 was one of RMI's 30 under 30. He is passionate about making the drinks and hospitality industries a fair and safe place to work, and is a member of the Drinks United Advisory Council.
