Nureen Glaves
Nureen Glaves is a public health nutritionist and chef with over 21 years’ experience across food, nutrition, and community health sectors. Her superpower lies in matching food to nutrition, combining systems thinking with deep community insight to deliver culturally grounded, preventative healthcare for women, particularly women of colour.
As a Black, disabled, and neurodivergent Founder and CEO, Nureen brings lived experience to everything she builds, ensuring health education is inclusive, practical, and rooted in real life. A passionate community builder and lifelong learner, she believes every woman deserves to understand her body and have the tools to prioritise her health and wellbeing.
Nureen is currently completing an Masters in Public Health at UCL with a focus on gut health and obesity through a cultural lens, applying this knowledge to make food, nutrition, and fitness more accessible and equitable for all women and communities.
