Neil has been involved in the hospitality industry since leaving school. Starting with seven years in hotel operations before returning to University and moving into ICT. He worked for software companies (inc Micros-Fidelio, now Oracle) supplying Hotels, restaurants and Pubs until becoming a customer when he joined the De Vere Group. Now working for Village Hotels Neil has been responsible for the IT delivery at 20 new builds, 3 brand change properties and countless refurbishments. 

He has also championed innovative solutions within the industry working with visionary and disruptive companies such as Google. Neil partnered up with Centelli to introduce UiPath RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to the business in 2018.
