Max started his career in highly-pressurised toxic kitchens, despite the inevitable burn-out, he learnt exactly what to avoid when creating a nurturing progressive team culture. Having worked with far more progressive operators since and now leading partnerships at Countertalk, a passion for improving workplace culture has been lit. When not working for Countertalk, Max can often be found keeping sharp in restaurant kitchens around London.
