Growing up with restaurateurs for parents, Mark has always been deeply rooted in the world of hospitality; starting by working in their family cafes, and followed by a short stint as a sous-chef. In 2018, he founded Double Up Social to help brands in the food and beverage industries with digital marketing, photography and other forms of content creation and bring outsourcing under one roof. He has worked with global brands such as Guinness, Mars Inc and Walkers, as well as more home-favourites such as Creams Cafe, Chicken Cottage and the Brighton Pier Group. During Covid-19 lockdowns, Mark took some time-out to help local businesses get online, reach their audiences, and for many - pivot their business model to an increasingly online-world.
