Mark is passionate advocate of training and development of his people, running multiple venues in Cornwall, as well as a previous NITAs award winner and LOYA judge. His experience and tenacity as an operator, as well as his knowledge of Apprenticeships and training is why he was awarded BII Ambassador in 2022.
