With over 20 years FMCG & Retail experience, Lotte has a love of problem solving, creativity and insight – she likes nothing more than finding a solution to something that drives growth and makes shoppers’ lives better! She leads a team of 17 exceptional individuals at Red Bull, and passionately believes in the importance of building a great culture, in celebrating what makes us all unique and celebrating diversity in the workplace. Alongside this she’s also a mum of 2 boys – which requires new skills every day – including most latterly becoming a trained up Cricket Umpire and calling LBW in under 15 cricket.
