Lewis Welburn is a chef at Gareth Ward’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Ynyshir. Lewis trained at Tommy Banks’ The Black Swan at Oldstead and two Michelin-starred the Raby Hunt under chef James Close. He also undertook a stage at three Michelin-starred De Librije under acclaimed chef Jonnie Boer in the Netherlands prior to joining the team at the Porth restaurant.
