Leo comes with over 10 years of experience in the retail industry, starting off on the shopfloor and working his way up through various commercial leadership roles, to now heading up the Commercial Transformation team at Ocado Retail. This entails delivering Ocado’s commercial strategy, supplier engagement program, and process improvement workstreams. He has a passion for cooking and discovering new trends and loves that Ocado can support new brands in their early stages of their journey. He is also passionate about driving efficiency improvements and streamlining processes using the latest technology including emerging AI trends.
