Laura’s work as an editor at Stylus – the expert source for trends and insights – spans a broad range of topics, from confectionery innovation all the way through to demographic consumption trends – as well as coverage of European food and beverage shows and conferences. She joined Stylus in 2016, having worked in public relations for the food, beverage, travel and hospitality sectors for three-and-a-half years previously. She’s passionate about sustainability, and believes that brands have a real opportunity to shift the dial on climate change and the power to innovate in ways that protect both people and planet.
