Kim Ratcharoen (born in Suratthani, Thailand) is a chef based in London, present day Sous-Chef at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. Ratcharoen has starred in The Great British Menu series 16, 2021, celebrating intervention and innovation. Graduated with distinction from Brighton College with a degree in Hospitality, and Sussex University studying Economics, Kim has worked at restaurant 64 Degrees in Brighton, before dedicating six years to Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.
