Originally a climate change campaigner and activist, Joe has been working on carbon accounting and climate change strategy now for over 10 years, currently as Climate Change Manager for the Co-op. He’s responsible for Co-op’s 10 Point Climate Plan, including Scope 3 accounting for their food retail supply chain, getting to grips with 1.5C aligned science-based targets and working out what a credible path to net zero looks like for a UK food retailer.
