A seasoned hospitality strategist and trusted partner, Jo brings deep expertise in CRM, loyalty, digital strategy & transformation, and customer engagement. With a 30-year career spanning both the UK and US, she has worked at the intersection of hospitality, technology, and consumer marketing, helping brands leverage customer data, optimise customer engagement and drive growth.
Jo’s journey began in hospitality PR, with iconic brands such as Planet Hollywood, Café Rouge, and Ed’s Easy Diner before moving to the US as Marketing Director for a leading casual dining chain. She established and led the UK division of Fishbowl Inc., a US-based hospitality CRM & Loyalty company, later overseeing global account management, sales, and customer success. This was followed by senior roles at Acteol CRM and Access Hospitality where she currently leads the Enterprise Strategic Customer Partnership Team. In this role, she supports large multi-brand groups with their strategic objectives by leveraging Front of House & Operations software solutions including CRM & Loyalty, Reservations, EPOS, Order & Pay, WiFi, Reservations, HR & Staff Scheduling, Stock Procurement, Property Maintenance, Learning & Development, Task & Compliance Management.
