Nick is an experienced professional with a passion for good food, sustainability, and building up purposeful brands! His career began at Blue-Chip organisation Unilever before spending eight years at an organic food brand. Eventually, Nick found his way to Rubies in the Rubble, where he now serves as CEO.

 

Under Nick’s leadership, Rubies in the Rubble is poised for further expansion, building on its reputation for creating award-winning condiments made from surplus fruits and vegetables. Nick’s dedication to the cause mirrors the brand’s ethos - to combat food waste, and the Rubies team is united in this passion. He is guiding Rubies into an exciting new phase as it continues to make a significant impact in the world of sustainable, flavourful and ‘gooder’ food. We can’t wait to see what they do next!
