Jamie brings 15 years of hospitality experience, with a focus on insight, data, and software. Initially working with leading suppliers and operators at CGA, Jamie led the retail division and later transitioned to CPL Learning, a leading learning & development platform for the hospitality sector. Under Jamie's leadership, CPL Learning was acquired by Access Group in 2021. Always driven to improve experiences for both guests and teams, Jamie is passionate about using data and technology to help hospitality teams work smarter and make their customers happier.
