Gerardo has over 25 years of marketing experience in FMCG having started his career at Kraft Foods in the UK working on many iconic brands across multiple food & beverage categories. His backbone of experience at Nestle provided leadership roles in Petcare divisions both in the UK and Europe, as global marketing lead in the Food Strategic Business Unit and various expatriate assignments. A subject matter expert in front end innovation - coaching and building functional excellence to accelerate speed to market from ideation through to consumer validation stage. Also successfully launched HENRi@Nestle in 2016 - the first global open innovation platform for the group, further reinforcing his passion for bringing the "outside in” and forging partnerships with FoodTech start-ups and external entrepreneurs.
