Dolores is Head of Employment Partnerships at Only A Pavement Away, a charity that connects people facing homelessness to careers in the hospitality sector. Dolores manages the overall operations of the charity and oversees a team of relationship managers who connect charity referral partners to hospitality operators. Before joining Only A Pavement Away, Dolores spent many years working in the hospitality industry in London and abroad. Her knowledge of the industry and its hiring needs combined with her passion to support vulnerable people into work has played a large role in the growth of the charity. Since launching in 2018, Only A Pavement Away has placed 450 people into work.
