Craig Prentice
Craig fell in love with hospitality early in his career working with amazing teams in iconic London venues, including The London Eye and Roundhouse. He soon discovered a passion for people – specifically creating great experiences and building long-lasting relationships – which, in 2012, led him to recruitment. He began working agency-side with high-profile hospitality clients and then joined Ennismore and The Hoxton.
In 2019, Craig founded hospitality talent partner mum (www.workwithmum.com). mum introduces exceptional people to lifestyle and luxury hospitality brands across the country – including hotels, co-working spaces, private member clubs, restaurants and bars.
Craig’s personal journey has motivated him to become involved in projects championing people, especially those promoting better mental health and wellbeing in hospitality. He is an ambassador and fundraising board member for Hospitality Action and, in 2020, he created Walk for Wellbeing in support of the charity. In 2022, 400 people joined across the UK, raising £91,500. Walk for Wellbeing returns nationwide this autumn www.walkforwellbeing.org.
