Chris is a fully-fledged hospitality professional who has worked worldwide. He began his career in Australia and Ibiza, managing food and beverage at an extremely high level at famous venues like Mambos and Ibiza Rocks Group. Moving back to the UK brought Chris more valuable experience as the house Operations Manager for the Brighton Beach part of the Soho House Group. Now in a very exciting and varied role as Director of F&B at Riverside Studios, he oversees the management and catering for many events, large and small, pre- and post-theatre, at their bar, kitchen and very busy café. With over 60 staff to manage, Chris utilises his creative skills to increase revenue: each day is never the same!
