Brett Smith is the VP of Customer Support & Content/Education at Planday, with over six years’ experience delivering delightful experiences for Planday customers. Specialising in software support, implementation and self-serve strategies, Brett is always in pursuit of new technologies to help scale and serve our customers here at Planday. Prior to joining Planday, Brett worked as a Training and Operations Manager for Hard Rock International, supporting tech implementations and new openings across their European corporate cafes.
