Ben Davies is Founder of Vypr, a Product Intelligence Platform with over 200 clients across the European Retail & Grocery sectors. Prior to founding Vypr Ben was a Buyer at Sainsbury’s and the Co-op, where he saw first-hand the flaws inherent in the innovation process which he has spent the last decade trying to change. Two years ago he co-authored The Agile Innovation Playbook which champions the use of customer insight throughout the product innovation process.
