Anthony is co-founder of Cut Classics; makers of the world’s finest Light Spirits. Having not been a particularly moderate or mindful drinker during a 20+ year career in risk and finance, he finally saw the light during lockdown in 2020 and in partnership with his wife, Atlanta, set about answering the question ‘do spirits really have to be so strong?’ (The answer’s “no”, by the way)! The result is Cut Classics, which today supplies clients ranging from local gastropubs to international law firms.
