Andria is an FMCG brand-building specialist with nine years of experience growing and launching iconic and challenger food & drink brands in Canada, the UK, Ireland, and Australia. Andria spent 6 years working at Unilever Canada across various trade marketing & brand building roles and then worked as International Brand Manager at Premier Foods.
She is now a trusted advisor to various challenger food & drink brands at Mission Ventures. At Mission Ventures, Andria leads the Mission Map process, which helps founders to build consumer insights into their strategy, create a commercially viable business, and prepare for retail readiness. Andria worked directly on the acceleration of nine black-founded food and drink brands as a part of the Thrive with Sainsbury’s programme. Her experience working on the programme, from brand recruitment to final listing confirmations, has given her a perspective on the challenges faced by the founders with whom she worked intensively for five months.
