TSB Tunnel oven - Conveyor ovens with refractory stone "belt"
Italforni's Tunnel Stone conveyor ovens are unique in being that they are manufactured with a refractory stone belt allowing genuine "Thin & Cripsy" Itallian pizzas to be produced.
There are 3 electric models with a choice of 17.5", 23" or 31" wide belt. A gas model is also available with a 31". All ovens are stackable. The programmable electronic touchscreen controls allow precise cooking and ease of use, controlling temperature, time and speed of belt. Upto 25 programs can be stored. Maximum working temperature is 450'C
