Water, pea protein, sunflower oil, thickener (sodium alginate), fava bean protein concentrate, natural flavourings, carrot, apple, hibiscus, beetroot, paprika and blackcurrant concentrate, sugars, spices and extracts, salt, vinegar, and hydrolysed vegetable protein. Does not contain any allergens.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Keep frozen at < -18ºC. Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Once defrosted, keep sealed in refrigerator at 0-4ºC for up to 20 days. Once opened, keep in sealed container in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
In frying pan, heat olive or rapeseed oil over medium heat. Add Novameat product and cook until slightly browned (3-4 mins) stirring occasionally. If using in a sauce, add it and heat through.
