One of the combi oven sizes that Retigo sells the most. A 611 is the perfect size for organisations that can serve 51–150 meals per day. The size of the gastronorm container is GN 1/1, or 530×325 mm. To go with the 611 size, a variety of accessories are available for purchase, such as the Vision Vent hood and several kinds of stainless steel stands. The Model 611 can be combined with a regenerator (holding cabinet) or another combi oven to form a set. The boiler or injection type of steam generation technology is used. Gas or electricity is the source of heat.
