Retigo Vision 1221 combi ovens are best suited for 400–600 meal per day operations. The dimensions of the gastronorm containers are GN 1/1 (530×325 mm) or GN 2/1 (650×530 mm). One of the fundamental accessories for this combi oven is a cart. Along with this size combi oven, customers may also purchase a variety of accessories, such as a spare trolley and equipment for serving food in a banquet-style arrangement. A boiler or an injection steam generation system is available. Gas or electricity is the source of heat.
