RETIGO Blue Vision is the most advanced generation of RETIGO Vision combi ovens. Individual combi ovens are designed to provide all a demanding user needs. It is operated via the 8″ control panel, which provides easy access to all key and special functions. All basic versions include an automatic cleaning system, Easy Cooking, a flap valve, and a six-point temperature core probe.
One of Retigo Vision’s most popular combi oven sizes. The size of 611 is perfect for organisations that serve 51-150 meals per day. The gastronorm container dimensions are GN 1/1 (530x325mm). A wide range of accessories are available for the 611 size, including various types of stainless steel supports and the Vision Vent hood. Model 611 can be combined with another combi oven or regenerator (holding cabinet). The steam generation system is either injection or boiler based. The heat source is either electricity or gas
