RETIGO Blue Vision is the most advanced generation of RETIGO Vision combi ovens. Individual combi ovens are designed to provide all a demanding user needs. It is operated via the 8″ control panel, which provides easy access to all key and special functions. All basic versions include an automatic cleaning system, Easy Cooking, a flap valve, and a six-point temperature core probe.

The size of 621 is perfect for organisations that serve 100-300 meals every day. The gastronorm container sizes are GN 2/1 (650×530 mm) and GN1/1 (530×325 mm). A variety of accessories are available for the 621 size, including a stainless steel stand. Model 621 can be combined with either a 621 or a 1021 combi oven. The steam generating system is injection-based, with electricity as the heat source.
