Models B1011 and B621 received Energy Star certification which means these combi ovens are approximately 20% more energy efficient than standard models. However, this doesn’t mean that other Retigo combi ovens are less efficient. With the same design and features in every Retigo Vision combi oven, the results of efficiency, savings and sustainability can be found in all models.
Individual combi ovens are designed to offer everything the demanding user needs. It is controlled through the 8" control panel, offering quick access to all key and special functions. All models in basic configuration are equipped with the functions of an automatic cleaning system and Easy Cooking, a flap valve and a six-point temperature core probe.
The size of 1011 is ideal for operations with a capacity of 151-250 meals a day. The steam generation system is injection or boiler-based. The heat source is electricity or gas.
