Pineapple, Banana & Coconut 250ml & 750ml
Coconuts and bananas are both high in potassium, whilst pineapples provide calcium, manganese and folic acid. Coconut milk is great for hydration due to its electrolytes, and bananas are great for a quick energy boost.
