Juicy, textured and succulent whole cut plant-based fillets which are delicious in a sauce, breaded and fried or just served grilled in a salad or wrap with some vegan mayonnaise. It absorbs flavour from sauces and marinades and holds its texture upon cooking.
INGREDIENTS: Water, pea protein, sunflower oil, thickener (sodium alginate), fava bean protein concentrate, potato starch and natural flavourings. Does not contain any allergens.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Keep frozen at < -18ºC. Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Once defrosted, keep sealed in refrigerator at 0-4ºC for up to 20 days. Once opened, keep in sealed container in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
In frying pan, heat olive oil or rapeseed oil over medium heat. Add the fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes each side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper or preferred spices to taste. If using sauce, add at the end.
