The dishwasher range includes three undercounter machines, an upright machine and two pass-throughs while the glasswashers comprise three undercounter machines, an upright model and a pass-through. Amongst the undercounter options is a super-compact, high-capacity model, ideal for operators who need to process a large volume of dishes or glasses but simply don’t have the undercounter space to accommodate it. Nelson’s AD50 ‘Compact’ Advantage is capable of washing 2160 glasses (or 90 covers in the dishwashing version) per hour yet is only 720 mm in height.

With reliability at its heart, the design and build quality of Advantage machine will cope with the most stringent demands of the hospitality industry. Construction throughout is from high grade AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability while all internal components are meticulously trialled to guarantee their efficacy throughout the life of the machine.

Advantage was developed with a major focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. The machines use less water, energy and detergent than many comparable models, without any compromise on quality or performance. Double skinned insulation throughout prevents heat from escaping, while a shallow wash tank means only a small amount of water is required to ensure outstanding results. And, to preserve as much water as possible, a multi-level filtration system removes debris from the used, hot rinse water so that it can be incorporated into the subsequent wash cycle. Steam heat recovery is available on some models and can account for significant, further energy savings.

Quiet operation is important for front of house siting and Advantage glasswashers operate at just 58 dBs, a sound equivalent to gentle rainfall. And, Advantage is gentle in operation too. All wash cycles begin with a soft start before gradually increasing to full intensity, thereby allowing even delicate dishes and glassware to be washed completely safely.
