For CPUs, production kitchens and high-volume requirements, Multizone provides the massive heat needed to boil up big pans.
Four 3.5kW induction hobs combine to provide 14kW power, which is 90-95 per cent efficient compared with gas. That energy supplied directly to the pans puts the Multizone Induction among the most powerful stoves anywhere!
For restaurant service, the hobs can be independently and delicately controlled for all types of pan work, from holding hollandaise to searing duck breasts.
And unlike traditional solid tops, Multizone does not overheat the kitchen, providing a much comfier working atmosphere and costing a whole lot less to run.
Kitchen design also benefits from reduced ventilation demand, saving extraction and speeding up the build!
