Deli Nova-t*rkey
A traditional pastrami with a firm turkey breast like texture and peppery flavour. It is ideal as a deli meat in a sandwich with a little bit of mustard and pickle. It can also be served hot for a rich, satisfying bacon-like experience.
INGREDIENTS
Water, pea protein, sunflower oil, salt, thickener (sodium alginate), vinegar, sugar, fava bean protein concentrate, natural flavourings, black pepper, white pepper, garlic, coriander, red paprika and products of lactic acid bacteria fermentations. May contain traces of mustard.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Keep frozen at < -18ºC. Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Once defrosted, keep sealed in refrigerator at 0-4ºC for up to 20 days. Once opened, keep in sealed container in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
When eating cold, once defrosted fully slice thinly and serve in your sandwich of choice. When cooking it, use very little oil and sear briefly on each side, until it starts to brown.
Tip: Before serving, sprinkle with smoked paprika and olive oil.
