Chilled Ice cream
New concept of ice cream meant to be consumed chilled, featuring 4 flavors: 3 chocolates, mille-feuille with lemon meringue, cheesecake with berries, and "tocino del cielo" (a traditional Spanish dessert made with egg yolks and sugar). It is transported and stored frozen, allowing it to thaw in a refrigerated temperature for 24 hours before consumption. Its shelf life is 3 months. It is a completely handmade ice cream packaged in glass, giving the consumer the impression that it is a dessert crafted by a chef.
