Following the first reveal of The Staff Canteen Live lineup of amazing chefs including Tom de Keyser and Jamie May from The Hand and Flowers and The Coach in Marlow, Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge; James Knappett and Sandia Chang of 2 Michelin-starred Kitchen Table and Toby Burrowes with Phil Howard from Michelin-starred Elystan Street, we are now being spoilt with the 2nd reveal!
For the first time, Michel Roux Jr will be joining us on The Staff Canteen stage - he will be alongside Roux Scholar, Martin Carabott. We also have Michelin-starred Sally Abé from The Harwood Arms, Jamie Park and Adam Handling from The Frog Hoxton and Colin McGurran and Gareth Bartram from Michelin-starred, Winteringham Fields.
James Seymour is the Marketing and Product Development Manager, he said: “Next March, Westlands will be celebrating our 5th year in partnership with The Staff Canteen Live event held at the Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Show (HRC) at ExCel London.
"The Staff Canteen Live has become one of the main highlights of the restaurant trade show circuit; bringing in the crowds to see an eclectic mix of established big names, local and new up-and-coming chefs to the stage. "Westlands are proud to be sponsors of the event again and we’re looking forward to sharing our passion and knowledge of ‘all things Westlands’ with visitors to the show."

Each session that takes place on The Staff Canteen Live stage will include top chefs cook their favourite dishes live on stage whilst answering questions about their food, restaurants and their culinary journeys. Not only will you have chance to see these chefs cook live, you can also take part in a Q&A at the end of each session and most importantly have the chance to taste the delicious dishes the chefs create!
