We are pleased to announce the reveal of the first seven chefs taking part in The Staff Canteen Live stage at Hotel, Restaurant & Catering in March!
The line-up will include Tom de Keyser and Jamie May from The Hand and Flowers and The Coach in Marlow, joined by Michelin-starred Tom Kerridge; James Knappett and Sandia Chang of 2 Michelin-starred Kitchen Table and Toby Burrowes with Phil Howard from Michelin-starred Elystan Street.
Each session that takes place on The Staff Canteen Live stage will include top chefs cook their favourite dishes live on stage whilst answering questions about their food, restaurants and their culinary journeys. Not only will you have chance to see these chefs cook live, you can also take part in a Q&A at the end of each session and most importantly have the chance to taste the delicious dishes the chefs create!
