Last but definitely not least, we are delighted to announce the final chefs joining The Staff Canteen Live stage in March!
Michelin-starred Simon Hulstone from The Elephant, Robin Gill and Emma Underwood from The Dairy and recently opened Darby's. Plus, Holborn Dining Room's Calum Franklin and Nokuthula Mbambo are amongst the fantastic chefs that you will get to see at HRC 2020.
Each session that takes place on The Staff Canteen Live stage will include top chefs cook their favourite dishes live on stage whilst answering questions about their food, restaurants and their culinary journeys. Not only will you have chance to see these chefs cook live, you can also take part in a Q&A at the end of each session and most importantly have the chance to taste the delicious dishes the chefs create!
