Don't know where to start with sustainability in your business?

We asked operators what issues they wanted more information on and sustainability stood out as the number one topic, so that's where the idea came from to for HRC to host the first Sustainable Hospitality 2020: Food Made Good with the Sustainable Restaurant Association conference which will take place in South Gallery Rooms 7 - 9 of ExCel on Wednesday 4th March 2020. To access the conference please go to Stand P356 within the Professional Kitchen Show (within HRC), where you will be welcomed by the SRA and WRAP UK.

The SRA is partnering with resource efficiency experts WRAP and working with other key industry associations to deliver practical masterclasses with simple steps to help operators improve the sustainability of their business.
