At Stalwart Crafts we handcraft bespoke luxury leather aprons for chefs, front of house and bartenders. Our aprons are created out of sustainably sourced leather: a by-product of the European dairy industry that is tanned and treated to create a long lasting yet lightweight apron that is easily cleaned whilst also being resistant to marking and staining. We provide the option to engrave your logo into your aprons to create a smart uniform that is unique to your establishment. We’ve worked with brands such as Oliver Harvey, Moet Hennessy and the Langham Hotel in London to elevate their brand and would be more than happy to discuss the best fit apron for you.

We source our leather from dairy farms throughout the UK, Italy, and Northern Europe. The hides are a by-product when the cows are eventually butchered for their meat. We tan the skins in our tannery in Walwijk, the Netherlands, before the leather is taken to our workshops - one in London, and one in Walwijk - where our craftspeople make the aprons by hand. We generally do each piece to order, but for the exhibition we’re going to make a few different varieties of colour and design to suit different tastes.
