Sergio Brugnoli was the visionary founder of La Rustichella Truffles, and his legacy remains at the core of our company culture. In 1986, together with his wife Maria, he was able to realize his dream: creating the best truffle paté on the market using the highest quality ingredients.
Sergio’s goal was not only to create an amazing product, but he also wanted to support and work in a partnership with his customers, and he was proud and happy to offer his unique products to them.
Sergio was an Italian who had a particular love for other cultures, and when he meets people from many countries, he always showed great respect and appreciation for their culinary traditions. Even though he was proud of his own heritage, his true passion for different cultures led him to find new and unusual ways to use his truffle products.
He supported the chefs and customers in the introduction of truffles into their menus in their own way.
