Clearwater is recognized for its superior quality, sustainably-fished, wild-caught shellfish, including lobsters, scallops, snow crab and clams. Our High Pressure processed lobster comes in convenient, ready-to-cook formats which require no preparation and avoid waste, saving time and money for the operator. Clearwater's Canadian and Patagonian scallops are frozen at sea within 60 sixty minutes of capture, resulting in exceptional taste and texture. All Clearwater’s core products are MSC-certified.

Macduff Shellfish processes, packs and distributes a range of wild-caught premium shellfish including King scallops, brown crab, langoustines, whelks and blue lobster. We sell these products in a variety of different formats: frozen, chilled and live. Our two factories in Stornoway and Mintlaw, Aberdeenshire both have BRCGS certification.
