Now, in a move to further enhance the service provided to customers, the company has opened its first northern test kitchen, based in Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester. Working in collaboration with Frank Winterbottom and the team at FSW Catering Equipment and Gas Services, a service and install provider, the new development kitchen offers customers, dealers and distributors the opportunity to see the latest range of innovative equipment first-hand. Delivering greater convenience for customers in the north, the site features a fully flexible and operational development kitchen and a modern and comfortable conference and meeting room with full Wi-Fi connectivity. From here, Valentine & CuisinEquip’s experienced team can deliver equipment consultations, product demonstrations and comprehensive training on everything from Valentine fryers and Vito oil filtration to Bottene artisan pasta makers and LightFry commercial air fryers.

The investment in future-proofing the business is not just limited to those in the north, however. Valentine & CuisinEquip has also invested significantly in its Reading-based head office – a site the company has occupied for several decades. With the existing development kitchen being used more and more, the project saw the kitchen expanded by as much as 50% and a brand-new conference room added. Allowing more of the company’s market-leading equipment to be displayed and demonstrated simultaneously, the site also enables the company to cater for clients looking for private meeting space conveniently located a short drive from the M4 motorway and Reading’s mainline train station to London and the South West.
