An exciting new feature for The Pub Show, the British Institute of Innkeeping will be the host of a dedicated pavilion, where they will be on hand with key partners to provide advice and support to visitors. BII’s ‘Helplines Live’ will be brought to life offering drop-in sessions and presentations providing much needed and valuable expert advice.

What is the BII?

The BII is the leading independent licensee support organisation for individuals working in hospitality, with 10,000 individual members running premises across the UK - predominantly tenanted, leased, managed and freehold pubs. The organisation provides expert helplines, online business support, and guidance on key industry issues, and savings on a range of supply deals for its members, keeping pubs thriving in the heart of every community.

Across the three days you will be able to visit the BII Pavilion and speak face to face with their Helpline providers to discuss any questions or queries you may have.

Staff will be on hand to discuss HR and Employment, Legal and Licensing, Safety and Compliance, and Tax.

You can also meet some of the Ambassadors, who know the industry first hand and will be there to chat with you about what works well for them and how the BII can support you.

The BII is also a key supporter of the Pub Chef of the Year 2023 competition sponsored by Essential Cuisine
