The Better Hospitality Conference brings together some of the brightest minds in the food industry for talks, interactive workshops and networking. Covering four key themes (sustainability, people, resilience and health) the conference offers discussion forums, practical tips and inspiration to help hospitality businesses operate better for all stakeholders. Run by sustainable purchasing platform, Tried & Supplied in partnership with the Sustainable Restaurant Association, speakers are drawn from a wide range of different perspectives from chefs to farmers to restaurant tech experts and people directors.
