Demo with Calum Montgomery, Edinbane Lodge, Isle of Skye
All the way down from the Isle of Skye – we are delighted to bring, Calum Montgomery to our demo stage. Chef Proprietor at the 4 AA rosette, Edinbane Lodge, and former Great British Menu contestant, Calum cooks with the Isle’s natural larder and will showcase exceptional Scottish seafood. The only restaurant in the Highlands marked as ‘exceptional’ in the Good Food Guide, and with his well-known great Scottish humour, we can't wait to welcome Calum for his debut at Chef HQ.
